Her Majesty, in pursuance of section 7(2) of the Geneva Conventions (Amendment) Act 1995(1), is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—
1. This Order may be cited as the Geneva Conventions (Amendment) Act 1995 (Commencement) Order 1998.
2. The Geneva Conventions (Amendment) Act 1995 shall come into force on 20th July 1998.
