Whereas a referendum has been held about the agreement reached at the multi-party talks on Northern Ireland set out in Command Paper 3883 and a majority of those voting supported the agreement;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 8(2) of the Northern Ireland (Elections) Act 19981, I hereby make the following Order:—
