The New Northern Ireland Assembly (Elections) Order 1998

Coming into force in accordance with article 1(2)
Whereas a draft of this Order has been approved by resolution of each House of Parliament;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 2(5) and (6), 3and 6(2)(b) of the Northern Ireland (Elections) Act 1998(1), I hereby make the following Order:—
