2. The Hovercraft (Application of Enactments) Order 1972(1) shall be amended by deleting from Part A of Schedule 2 thereto the following:
(a)the reference to the Civil Aviation Act 1968(2) section 16 in column 1 and the corresponding reference in column 2 and modification in column 3; and
(b)the reference to the Civil Aviation Act 1971(3) section 27 in column 1 and the corresponding reference in column 2 and modification in column 3.

S.I. 1972/971, to which there are amendments not relevant to this Order.

c. 61. Section 16 was repealed by the Civil Aviation Act 1982 (c. 16) and re-enacted as section 86 of that Act.

c. 75. Section 27 was repealed by the Civil Aviation Act 1982 and re-enacted as section 85 of that Act.
