Exemption of sports and leisure facilities management by Suffolk Coastal District Council
3. The management of sports and leisure facilities(1) by the Suffolk Coastal District Council shall not be treated as a defined activity so long as it is carried out at The Brackenbury Sports Centre, High Road East, Felixstowe, Suffolk, during the period beginning with 1st January 1999 and ending on 31st December 2000.
