“SCHEDULE PREMISES

PART I Premises which the trust is to own and manage pursuant to section 5(1)(a) of the Act, and at which it is to provide hospital accommodation and services:—

Beckenham Hospital, Croydon Road, Beckenham, Kent BR3 3QL;

Bromley Hospital, Cromwell Avenue, Bromley, Kent BR2 9AJ;

Orpington Hospital, Sevenoaks Road, Orpington, Kent BR6 9JU.

PART II Premises which the trust is to provide and manage pursuant to section 5(1)(b) of the Act, and at which it is to provide hospital accommodation and services:—

Farnborough Hospital, Farnborough Common, Orpington, Kent BR6 8ND.”
