2.  The Schedule to the Licensing (Fees) Order 1978(1) shall be amended by inserting after the entry relating to transfer (sections 8, 138 and 145), the following entries;

“Approval of prospective licensee—s.8A(2) ... ... ... ...£30
Grant of interim authority—s.9A ... ... ... ...£10”.

S.I. 1978/1644, to which there are amendments not relevant to the subject matter of this Order.

Sections 8A and 9A were inserted in the Licensing Act 1964 by articles 2 and 3 of the Deregulation (Licence Transfers) Order 1998 (S.I. 1998/114).
