Prescribed bodies for the purposes of section 65(3A) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

2.—(1) The bodies specified in paragraph (2) of this regulation are hereby prescribed for the purposes of section 65(3A) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as bodies appearing to the Secretary of State to be representative of the interests of certain classes of road users.

(2) The bodies are—

(a)the Automobile Association;

(b)the Cyclists' Touring Club; and

(c)the Royal Automobile Club.
