The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 92(1) of the National Health Service Act 1977(1) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, having regard to the change in the arrangements for the administration of hospitals and other establishments and facilities resulting from the establishment of the Camden and Islington Community Health Services National Health Service Trust(2), having consulted that Trust and the Special Trustees for the Middlesex Hospital in accordance with section 92(3) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:

1977 c. 49; section 92 has been amended by section 11(5) of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990 (c. 19) and by paragraph 44 of Schedule 1 to the Health Authorities Act 1995 (c. 17).
