Putting into circulation certain Directive 82/471 products
69. No person shall put into circulation a Directive 82/471 product, of any kind referred to in Chapter I.1(a) of the Annex, except a product of any such kind manufactured on—
(a)a UK approved or permitted Article 2.2(a)(P) establishment,
(b)an EC approved or permitted Article 2.2(a)(P) establishment, or
(c)an establishment located in a third country.
