Any business done, and any document delivered, at the Office under the relevant legislation on any day after the end of the period fixed for the opening of the Office to the public for the transaction of business on that day or on any day which the Office is not open to the public for the transaction of business shall be deemed to have been done or delivered on the next succeeding day when the Office is open to the public for the transaction of business.
