In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 1A(1) and (2) of the Immigration (Carriers' Liability) Act 1987(1), the Secretary of State hereby makes the following Order:

1987 c. 24; section 1A was inserted by sections 12(1) and 12(3) of the Asylum and Immigration Appeals Act 1993 (c. 23).
