1.  This Order may be cited as the Immigration (Transit Visa) (Amendment No. 2) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 10th April 1998.

2.  For the Schedule to the Immigration (Transit Visa) Order 1993(1) there shall be substituted the Schedule to this Order.

3.  Article 2 of the Immigration (Transit Visa) Order 1993 shall be amended by the insertion, after the words “Northern Cyprus”, of the words “or the former Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia,”.

4.  The Immigration (Transit Visa) (Amendment) Order 1995(2) and the Immigration (Transit Visa) (Amendment) Order 1996(3) are hereby revoked.
