3. In Part II of Schedule 1 (interpretation), for paragraph 2 there shall be substituted—
“2. In this Scheme “state pensionable age” means pensionable age as determined in accordance with the rules in paragraph 1 of Schedule 4 to the Pensions Act 1995(1).”.
