Repeals
12.—(1) On the transfer date the enactments specified in Part I of the Schedule to this Scheme shall be repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule.
(2) On the dissolution date the enactments specified in Part II of that Schedule shall be repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule.
(3) The repeal by subparagraphs (1) and (2) above of sections 79 to 119 of the Ipswich Dock Act 1913, section 24 of the Ipswich Dock Act 1918(1), and sections 37 and 40 to 54 of the Ipswich Port Authority Act 1971(2) providing for stock, mortgages, debentures or other securities created, issued or granted by the Authority or their predecessors shall not apply in relation to stock, mortgages, debentures or other securities created by such provisions prior to the transfer date.
