2. In article 3 of the Worcester Royal Infirmary National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1993(1) (functions of the trust)—
(a)in paragraph (1) for “section 5(1)(a)” there shall be substituted “section 5(1)(b)”; and
(b)for paragraph (2) there shall be substituted the following new paragraph:—
“(2) The trust’s functions shall be—
(a)to provide and manage hospital accommodation and services at all or any of the following hospitals—
Worcester Royal Infirmary (Castle Street Branch), Castle Street, Worcester, Worcestershire WR1 3AS,
Worcester Royal Infirmary (Newtown Branch), Newtown Road, Worcester, Worcestershire WR5 1JG,
Worcester Royal Infirmary (Ronkswood Branch), Ronkswood Road, Newtown Road, Worcester, Worcestershire WR5 1HN,
and at any other premises which are for the time being associated with any of those hospitals; and
(b)to manage community health services provided from Worcester Royal Infirmary (Newtown Branch), Newtown Road, Worcester, Worcestershire WR5 1JG and to provide the associated premises.”.
