1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Homelessness (Isles of Scilly) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 3rd April 1997.
(2) In this Order—
“the Act” means the Housing Act 1996;
“the Council” means the Council of the Isles of Scilly.
