The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by paragraph 20(1A) of Schedule 1 to the Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Act 1963(1) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

1963 c. 2. Paragraph 20(1A) was inserted by section 3 of the Betting, Gaming and Lotteries (Amendment) Act 1984. (1984 c. 25).
