Revocation and savings provision
25.—(1) Subject to paragraph (2) below, the Town and Country Planning Appeals (Determination by Appointed Person) (Inquiries Procedure) (Scotland) Rules 1980(1) and the Town and Country Planning Appeals (Determination by Appointed Person) (Inquiries Procedure) (Scotland) Amendment Rules 1987(2) are revoked.
(2) The said Rules of 1980, as amended, shall continue to apply to any appeal in respect of which notification by the Secretary of State of his intention to proceed by inquiry was given prior to the coming into force of these Rules.
