The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 10(8) and (10) and 12A(8) of the Family Law (Scotland) Act 1985(1) and of all powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
1985 c. 37. Sections 10(8) and (10) and 12A(8) were inserted by section 167(2)(b) and (3) of the Pensions Act 1995 (c. 26) (“the 1995 Act”). Section 10(10) contains a definition of “prescribed” relevant to the statutory powers under which these Regulations are made.
