The Secretary for the Environment and the Secretary of State for Wales acting jointly, in exercise of powers conferred by section 19(6) of the Water Act 1945(1) and now vested in them(2), and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:

(1)

1945 c. 42; see section 59(1) for the definition of “Minister”, and the Water Consolidation (Consequential Provisions) Act 1991 (c. 60), Schedule 2 paragraph 3.
