Reduction of annual compensation during new employment
12. In paragraph 1 of Schedule 4 for the words “and his annual compensation (including any increase under Part I of the 1971 Act)” there shall be substituted “, his annual compensation and any annual compensation payable under regulation 16C (including any increase under Part I of the 1971 Act)”.
