Citation and interpretation
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Pensions Act 1995 (Commencement No. 10) Order 1997.
(2) In this Order—
“the 1993 Act” means the Pension Schemes Act 1993(1);
“the 1995 Act” means the Pensions Act 1995;
“the Authority” means the Occupational Pensions Regulatory Authority(2); and
“the Board” means the Occupational Pensions Board(3).
