Commencement and Savings

2.  The following provisions of the Act shall come into force on the commencement date, subject to the savings in the Schedule to this Order—

• sections 124 to 128,

• section 129(1), (2), (5) and (6),

• sections 130 to 134,

• sections 136 and 137,

• section 138(1) to (3),

• section 141(1),

• sections 144 to 146, and

• section 147 to the extent that it is not already in force.
