These Regulations may be cited as the Teachers’ Superannuation (Amendment) Regulations 1997 and shall come into force on 1st April 1997 but regulation 17 and Schedule 2 (NHS transferees) shall have effect from 1st April 1991.

In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Teachers’ Superannuation (Consolidation) Regulations 19883.
