1. This Order may be cited as the Environment Act 1995 (Commencement No. 10) Order 1997.
2. The following provisions of the Environment Act 1995 shall come into force on 23rd December 1997:
sections 82 to 86;
section 90 and Schedule 11 in so far as they are not already in force;
section 120(1) in so far as it relates to paragraph 46(5) of Schedule 22.
