In Schedule 2 to the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 19679—

a

the entries relating to the Department of the Environment and the Department of Transport are hereby repealed, and

b

there shall be inserted at the appropriate place “The Department of the Environment, Transport and the Regions.”.
