Transport Act 1968 (c. 73)

3.  In section 137(7) of the Transport Act 1968(1)—

(a) paragraph (a) is hereby repealed, and

(b) for paragraph (c) there shall be substituted—

“(c) in relation to the British Waterways Board or any other authority, means the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions.”.
