SCHEDULE CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS

Airports Act 1986 (c. 31)

9.  In Schedule 2 to the Airports Act 1986(1), in paragraph 1(2) for “the Secretary of State for Transport” there shall be substituted “the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions”.
