Citation and commencement
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Local Government Changes for England (Valuation Tribunals) Regulations 1997 and shall come into force—
(a)for the purposes of paragraphs (2) to (5) of regulation 3, on 8th January 1998, and
(b)for all other purposes on 1st April 1998.
