The areas described in this paragraph are the areas of the communities mentioned in paragraph 2 below, except those areas hatched on one of the ninety-one maps entitled “Maps referred to in the Non-Domestic Rating (Rural Settlements) (Wales) Order 1997” of which prints, signed by a member of the Senior Civil Service in the Welsh Office, are deposited and available for inspection at the offices of the Secretary of State for Wales.
