The Local Government Property Commission (Scotland) were established in October 1995 to deal with property transfer issues arising from the reorganisation of local government in Scotland which took effect on 1st April 1996. This Order winds up the Commission on 30th September 1998 and provides for transfer of their assets to the Secretary of State. The Order which established the Commission, and related Orders, are revoked.
