7. In the Confined Spaces Regulations 1997(1)—
(a)in regulation 1(2), the definition of “diving operation” shall be deleted and replaced with the following definition—
““diving project” has the meaning assigned thereto by regulation 2(1) of the Diving at Work Regulations 1997;”; and
(b)in regulation 2, there shall be substituted for paragraph (c) the following paragraph—
“any diving project to and in relation to which the Diving at Work Regulations 1997 apply by virtue of regulation 3 of those Regulations.”.
