3. In regulation 2 of the Construction (Head Protection) Regulations 1989(1), in paragraph (2) for the words “a diving operation construed in accordance with regulation 2(2)(a) of the Diving Operations at Work Regulations 1981” substitute “a diving project within the meaning of regulation 2(1) of the Diving at Work Regulations 1997”.
