The Pressure Systems and Transportable Gas Containers Regulations 1989
2. In paragraph 7 of Part I of Schedule 2 of the Pressure Systems and Transportable Gas Containers Regulations 1989(1), for the words “regulation 5(1)(d) of the Diving Operations at Work Regulations 1981 and used or intended to be used in the course of a diving operation” substitute “regulation 6(3)(b) of the Diving at Work Regulations 1997 and used or intended to be used in the course of a diving project”.
