The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, the Secretary of State for Scotland and the Secretary of State for Wales, acting jointly, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2(c) of the Destructive Imported Animals Act 1932(1), as applied in relation to coypus by the Coypus (Prohibition on Keeping) Order 1987(2), and now vested in them(3), and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, and with the approval of the Treasury, hereby make the following Regulations:

In the case of the Secretary of State for Wales, by virtue of Article 3(1) of, and paragraph 5(a) of Schedule 2 to, the Transfer of Functions (Wales) Order 1969 (S.I. 1969/388).
