The Building Societies Commission, with the consent of the Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by section 6A(2)(b) and (c) of the Building Societies Act 1986(1) hereby makes the following Order:—

1986 c. 53; section 6A was inserted by section 5 of the Building Societies Act 1997 (c. 32).
