Amendment of the Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) Regulations 1994
2. The Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) Regulations 1994(1) shall be further amended by substituting for the definition of “Technical Instructions” in regulation 3(1)—
““Technical Instructions” means the 1997—1998 English language edition of the Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air as amended by the Addendum to those Instructions dated 11 August 1997 which was approved and published by decision of the Council of the International Civil Aviation Organisation;”.
