The Secretary of State for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 92(1) of the National Health Service Act 1977(1) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, having regard to the change in the arrangements for the administration of Dewi Sant Hospital, Pontypridd resulting from the transfer of the management of that hospital from the East Glamorgan National Health Service Trust to the Rhondda Health Care National Health Service Trust, having consulted those Trusts in accordance with section 92(3) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:—

1977 c. 49; section 92(1) has been amended by section 11(5) of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990 (c. 19) and paragraph 44 of Schedule 1 to the Health Authorities Act 1995 (c. 17).
