Exemption of sports and leisure management
3. The management of sports and leisure facilities(1) by the Vale of White Horse District Council and the Aylesbury Vale District Council shall not be treated as a defined activity so long as it is undertaken—
(a)in the case of the Vale of White Horse District Council, at the Tilsley Park Sports Complex, Abingdon before 31st December 1997,
(b)in the case of the Aylesbury Vale District Council, at the Reg Maxwell and Vale swimming pools before 30th September 1998.
