The Superannuation (Admission to Schedule 1 to the Superannuation Act 1972) Order 1997 No. 236

2.  Section 1 of the Superannuation Act 1972 shall apply to persons serving in employment which is remunerated out of the National Lottery Distribution Fund, being a fund established by the National Lottery etc. Act 1993(1).
