Offences in Scotland
9. An offence specified in Schedule 1 to the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995(1) other than, in a case where the offender was under 20 at the time the offence was committed, an offence contrary to section 5 of the Criminal Law (Consolidation) (Scotland) Act 1995(2) (intercourse with a girl between 13 and 16), an offence of shameless indecency between men or an offence of sodomy.
