Amendment of the National Health Service (Local Health Councils) (Scotland) Regulations 1990
6. In the National Health Service (Local Health Councils) (Scotland) Regulations 1990(1), in paragraph (2) of regulation 6 (consultation with councils by Health Boards), at the end insert “but need not consult on any proposals for a pilot scheme within the meaning of section 4 of the National Health Service (Primary Care) Act 1997”.
