Amendment to Schedule
2.—(1) The Schedule to the Motor Cycle (EC Type Approval) Regulations 1995(1) shall be amended as follows.
(2) The following item shall be inserted after item 10—
| “11 | 95/1† | L52, 8.3.95, p.1 | Maximum design speed, maximum torque and maximum net engine power” |
(3) For the note at the end of the Schedule there shall be substituted—
“Note: the Directive marked with a † is a Directive of the European Parliament and the Council. The other Directives are Council Directives.”
