The Portsmouth Health Care National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) (No. 2) Order 1997

The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 92(1) of the National Health Service Act 19771 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, having regard to the change in the arrangements for the administration of facilities previously managed by the Portsmouth and South-East Hampshire Health Authority, having consulted that Authority and the Portsmouth Health Care National Health Service Trust in accordance with section 92(3) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:
