Explanatory Note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order authorises the construction, operation, use and maintenance of a 1,435 millimetre gauge railway 395 metres in length (single line and sidings), commencing at a junction with the Bicester Town to Bletchley line of railway track, running in a south westerly direction and terminating in a distribution depot at Bicester Development Park, together with the right to construct, operate, use and maintain a level crossing with gates and signs at Public Footpath number Launton 7 (also known as Charbridge Lane).

Copies of the works plans are available for inspection free of charge on Mondays to Fridays between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. at the following offices:—
