Repeals
2. The following enactments are repealed to the extent specified;
(1) sections 80 to 82 of the Poole Corporation Act 1928(1);
(2) section 16(e) of the Greater London Council (General Powers) Act 1981(2);
(3) section 10(2)(m) of the Greater London Council (General Powers) Act 1984(3); and
(4) section 70(1)(j) of the Leicestershire Act 1985(4).
