Transitional Provision
3. Anything done, or in the process of being done, by or in relation to SCAA before the effective date for the purposes of or in connection with any of the functions bestowed on the Authority by the principal Orders, shall, from that date, be treated as having been done by or in relation to QCA or, as the case may be, be continued by or in relation to QCA.
