2. The Education (Further Education Institutions Information) (England) Regulations 1995(1) shall be amended in regulation 6(2)(b) by—
(a)deleting the words “which immediately precedes the academic year”, and
(b)adding to the end of the sub-paragraph the words “or the academic year which immediately precedes that academic year, as the governing body may determine.”
