Part IVTransfer of Rights and Liabilities to ACCAC
4. The rights and liabilities in question are all rights and liabilities (other than rights and liabilities in respect of land) arising in relation to—
(a)any contract, agreement, licence or authority, whether written or not, and any deed, bond, instrument or document made by or for the benefit of NCVQ before the effective date;
(b)any holding of shares in or membership of any company by NCVQ;
(c)any act or omission of NCVQ before the effective date;
(d)any proceedings commenced by or against NCVQ before the effective date;
wholly relating to the administration or business of NCVQ in Wales.
